Mature lady seeks long term rental in Barrhead/area

Lady with MS on AISH plus part job income is looking for a long term home in Barrhead, Camp Creek, Neerlandia or Thunder Lake.
I need a main floor or small cabin type accommodation with minimal stairs, in suite laundry is ideal but same floor is also ok. I have an exceptionally well behaved older female cat. Non smoker, non drinker, no drugs.
I work part time and have a vehicle so a parking spot is needed. I have excellent references, clean and respectful. I am willing to sign a two year lease, looking to spend $800 including utilities. Flexible on move in date.
